Both of the check in and check out people were extremely nice! I was in a hurry to get on the road the morning I got up, and the checkout lady had a bag ready to hand me for breakfast on the road and even encourage me to take an extra banana.
Negatives:
The cookies at check-in were delicious! The very kind lady at check-in encourage me to take a couple extra which I saved for on the road the next day. I almost never think about hotel as I leave but I definitely thought again about yall with a smile!

Check in went smoothly. I met a kind and professional employee. She had recommendations on restaurants to go to for dinner. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good also. Great stay!

Was not aware at the time of booking that their Tesla destination chargers were broken. I wound up having an adapter to work with the one working charger that was another brand. It would be nice to know at booking if they have issues with their chargers.

The beds were very cozy. Staff was great. Breakfast and newspaper were very nice.

I left my shampoo and conditioner in the shower when we checked out and it was not turned in when I called back later.

My family and I were so pleased with not only the hotel and its staff but the location and the meal that we had in town, which by the way was recommended by a staff member. The town was lovely, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff was so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
