Positives:
Staff was very friendly, but it didn’t make up for the rest.
Negatives:
I spilt some water on the floor and mopped it up with a towel. The towel was black. So the floor was not cleaned recently. Towels and bed linens were clean, as were bathroom fixtures, but overall the room was just not fresh. This is an older hotel and in need of updating.
Reception and breakfast were in a completely different building. The breakfast was dismal. Cereal, toast, bagels and the only hot food was a poor biscuit and gravy. Coffee was ok, but just a plain black tea bag.
We paid the same price the previous weekend for a Wyndham hotel in Indiana, which made this all the more disappointing because that experience was excellent.

No vermin or bugs. Television worked well. Noise level was okay. Offered a minimal breakfast of cereal, bread, biscuits and gravy as well as juice.

We spent a good portion of our stay smashing bugs. They were everywhere!

The a/c heat was old and LOUD. Kept us awake. The room was infested with beetles, ceiling, walls and floor. At almost $200 with taxes it was a real nightmare.
