Positives:
Overall the stay was really good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in and whenever we passed through the lobby. Housecleaning Team were really nice as well whenever we saw them around the hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast on Saturday was definitely lacking. Food was barely over room temperature, the coffee was about the same. The staff member we did see was very friendly and nice, but it looked like she was the only person working the restaurant. I saw people go out to the coffee pot in the hallway just to have a cup for breakfast. We chose to eat breakfast out in town on Sunday due to how the food was.

No cleaning service for 2 days and 2 knights, awfull!!! We had to pick up towels in the front desk.

my companion thoroughly enjoyed breakfast & the indoor/outdoor pool! Our pet enjoyed the large grassy pet area, and our room overlooking of the golf course lent to the enjoyable quietude of our stay. Staff offered great suggestions for local cuisine, and we took advantage of their expertise... YUMMMM! I needed copies and the business center/front desk was most accommodating. Overall an excellent stay!
Negatives:
Lack of hotel signage on the roadway (Rte 262). It was a little difficult to find/know where one is going with the only HIE sign (kind of small) after the turn onto Country Club Road & Fairway Lane--BUT we found it time & again (thank you, Apple Maps!).

The breakfast was terrific l. Loved the indoor pool.

Our beds were hard and uncomfortable and the windows wasn't sealed so we heard 81 traffic all night like the window was open.
