We love the location of the property right near the highway for easy travel and next to the antique mall. Breakfast is free. Also, very clean.
Negatives:
The refrigerator made a very high pitched hum which was extremely annoying. Staff was made aware at our departure and said they would have it fixed. The rooms are a little outdated but still comfortable

Positives:
The hotel location was convenient to places we were seeing, so that worked out very well for us. It's 15 minutes or so from downtown Staunton. It's close to the highway, but far enough that traffic noise wasn't noticeable. The room and bathroom appeared recently renovated and were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The full continental breakfast with waffles is always a hit and was well stocked and fresh. This location went away from the shampoo/condition samples and simply had a dispenser on the shower wall, which I liked.
Negatives:
The water pressure was less than I'm used to having, but I was able to shower just fine and the water warmed up quickly. I figure it's worth a mention as I know some people would be upset by this. The heating/cooling until in the room made a medium rattle when operating, which did wake me up during the night. However, the night was cooler than expected, so it was running frequently and kept my room very toasty.
