I got trapped In elevator for 30 minutes. No help by phone. All electric was dead. I had a panic attack and brockout in total havies before going to a wedding. They only offer 1000 bonus points but it it takes 50000 for a free night. I feel a free night would have been better for a hotel that cost $375 a night

I was impressed with the modern decor. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and the large bathroom with a walk in shower was a plus. I have nothing negative to say about Tru by Hilton 5 stars!
