Negatives: The heating system was extremely loud. Also you could hear everything coming from upstairs and next door. Also the woman at the desk during checkout was doing an interview and seemed annoyed when I asked to be helped.

Positives: Rooms and shower water pressure was great which for a lot of hotels can be a real issue. Staff was very nice and everything in the private and common areas was very clean.

Negatives: Breakfast quality was pretty poor. Might be better to have prepped breakfast sandwiches in a warming box.
