This hotel is truly outstanding! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through IAD Airport and looking for a comfortable stay nearby. The service was excellent, and the shuttle was punctual, reliable, and extremely convenient. The staff — especially Jose, Kibria, and the front desk team — were warm and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning soon!

It was a small neat room, the service was good, the staff helpful and they served a good breakfast. (Had to go to an adjacent property for dinner. Airport shuttle was reliable and close to the hotel was relatively close to the airport.

Weather was good, but getting from front desk to room or dinner could be challenging in nasty weather.

I liked the free shuttle bus service. That was a bonus after flying in from Madrid, Spain (eight-hour flight). The staff at the property were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My room was very comfortable and the bed perfect. The shower was great and I liked the way the toilet/shower area was separate from the vanity area. The walls must have been soundproof as it was very quiet throughout my entire stay. The breakfast buffet was really good and there were so many options. Seating in the breakfast area was also commendable and I liked that there were two TVs for easy viewing. I would stay at this property again.
Negatives:
There was a slight odor in my room which I think came from the carpeting which looks like it should be replaced. It didn't feel or look dirty or stained but a newer, lighter color would freshen up the room and make a big difference. Also, looks like there had been some water damage to the ceiling as there was obviously some repair work that had taken place. The repair work should be redone. No elevator and I chose to stay on the second floor but it was an easy climb.
