The hotel smelled awful, and the internet was slow. Drunk people were fighting downstairs. No staff were available to stop it.

Nightmare Hotel
Positives:
I loved the staff however this looks like one of the crime hotels on the first 48. I did not feel safe at all. Lots of noisy neighbors. I did like the young gentleman that checked me in and I liked the housekeeper the next morning.

Construction workers staying at the hotel were playing extremely loud music right next to my room outside until midnight for both my nights. They were screaming and partying and it took a while for me to sleep. Front Desk did absolutely nothing to stop it.

walking distance to 4 restaurants with decent food, next to walmart, uber cost to work was low, shower pressure was good and water warmed quickly, relatively quiet hallways after 10 pm

poor quality tv, marijuana smell in elevator (2x), horrible mattress, no room service all week, poor coffee in the lobby, no bottled water in the room, residents congregate in the parking lot to drink beer after work, fan on ac does not work independently of the ac so would shut off when ac shut off

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, quick service, and great location! We needed a room at the last minute, and everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's an economy-level hotel but the suite had everything we needed.

Albeit the experience started off great. Felt well welcomed.
After incurring a negative balance of a slight bit over an amount, I recieved a called from the Sales Rep who said you have until the 31st to settle and even up.
Next day: Call at 11:30am and surely told me I have less to 2 hours to get out,
As, I tried to reason with the sales manager (AMY) her energy and annoyance grew with her tone to almost sarcasm.
I find it extremely kind to have been allowed to extend my stay. However the customer serivce leads much to be desired.
The housekeeping team is top notch. So no worries about them.
Be warned: You can no longer stay further then 90 days. That is your extended stay.

I did not like that fact the there was a turtle or rabbit race to the laundry machine. They tend of the (5) operating washing machines. Its a good week if all work. With a hotel that size, who also work construction should have to squeeze to (2) machines along the rest of other workers. Dryers work though.

They don’t sever breakfast.You have to give dirty towels back in order to to get clean ones.Ants was in the room.They also put an extra $75 hold in your credit card just in case you smoke.They tell u that at time of arrival.
