The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, and Alba was very nice.The free shuttle to Dulles Airport was nice because we could catch the Metro from there to go to DC and return back.
Negatives:
I had called and let them know that I wanted to make sure our room was very clean because this was our number one priority. When we got to our suite, there was a sandwich in the microwave, and crumbs of some kind on top of the table under the living room tv. The sofa bed was hard to pull out and it was very hard to sleep on. It was pretty obvious that this suite was not thoroughly cleaned, maybe just the bathroom and clean sheets on the bed. I was very upset that even though they had this request in their notes, nobody bothered to make sure the room was clean.
