Staff doesn’t respect personal boundaries and doesn’t take you seriously when there is a complaint. The lady at the front desk questioned me every time I went to ask for a towel to wash. She only gave 2 towels each time which were very thin and falling apart and there was my daughter and I staying . Housekeeping walked in on my daughter in the room unannounced 2 hours before our check out time scared the crap out of her.

Water pressure in shower was good. Fridge was cold. Great TV service

I smelled Pot in my room,from other rooms. weird smell in rm. Dirty floors, bath mat was very tiny and frail.shower walls still had grout on it, I could wash it with my hand and water. Sliding shower door was a glass and seemed loose

Comforter haf burn holes in it. Bed was hard, springs were hard, floor was dirty, room smelled weird, there was tile grout on shower wall that I could wipe off with water. So it's never really been cleaned
