Beautiful property. In nice weather they need to have a comfortable outdoor sitting area to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine and have an area to have a cigar outdoors. Many hotels offer this. They just need to recognize it and put some effort into it.
Self parking area forces (via unnecessary ‘one way’ flow) the person to drive all the way around the building in a circuitous routing. Not easy to get to front door to put bags into car. Just do away with the one way pattern which would then allow easy access to Front door.
