Location, parking. Separate rooms. Option for a curtesy drink. 2nd bed is a pull out couch

2nd bed is a pull out couch, not too comfortable. Living space light is not as bright as it could. A bit dim with all lights on. Indoor pool room and water is cold. Thermostat on the wall say 78. Both kids teeth were chatterly in the water for 10-25 mi

We had to wait at the front desk for at least 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. We even called the hotel but no one answered.

Toilet was rocking. There was a heavy deodorizer masking a smoke smell. In the morning for the complementary breakfast ( which we enjoyed) they told us to take our used plates to place.

Close to Tysons corner mall
Negatives:
The AC fan was extremely loud when it came on, disturbed our sleep. Also seen a roach while eating breakfast, ruined my appetite. Informed the front desk attendant Hannah, she said she would inform the breakfast staff. Also asked Hannah about a charge I was told I had to pay, she didnt see the charge, and after I asked her a few more questions, she annoyingly asked if I wanted to pay for it. Not the best attitude working at a front deskI noticed she was on social media when she sat her phone down so maybe I was interrupting her. Who knows!
