Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room was not as clean as expected, and the hotel advertised free breakfast, but it was not available during my stay. I was only told it was “under maintenance” after I arrived, which was very disappointing and added extra costs for my family.

We didn’t like even one thing. Photos look beautiful-it’s not! Trust me!! You get what you pay for in this instance!!
Negatives:
It was loud, dirty, smelled bad, people actually live there ( I guess hence the name “extended stay”) and they’re loud and obnoxious people. I wanted to like it but my god. When we walked into the bathroom and saw actual human hairs on the “clean towels” that was a wrap for us. That’s all I got pictures of unfortunately. Oh I wish I knew they were going to fight about giving me a refund for the night we didn’t stay, I would’ve snapped pictures non stop!! The breakfast they claim they have? Some packaged muffins and some coffee. What a joke. We couldn’t bear to stay a second night so we initiated for a refund only for the 2nd night. We had literally stayed there for less than 12 hours ( checked in at almost midnight, had to sleep there unfortunately, and we checked out by 11 am the following day) they’re now disputing our refund for the night we DID NOT STAY THERE. What a bunch of thieves. Never ever ever again we ended up checking out and going to the Hilton garden Inn in falls church and oh my ohhhh my what a beautiful amazing place!!! We will go back to that one!
