I liked that it was so close to the concert venue my partner and I were going to.

Key card wouldn't work to open underground garage gate. They take $50 up front for "incidentals" and refund it in 2-6 business days. Wasn't able to purchase merch at the show because of that. Wasn't stated in ANY booking information. Garage is small and treacherous to get out of. I'm already paying you $140 for the room, why should I also have to pay for parking?!?! Also the rooWill never book here again.

This was the first time my daughter and I traveled without my husband, so staying at this hotel was perfect for us. The security of the hotel made us feel very safe. The location was great because it was near the venue we were going to and parking was great!
Negatives:
The only issue we had was there weren't enough towels in our room. There was only the two of us but there was only one wash towel.

I enjoyed the facilities, the overall appearance of the hotel. I liked the pleasantness of the staff

I did not like the heat in the room, kept turning off and then blowing cool air into the room. Also the king bed was tremendously uncomfortable. The mattress was flat and too firm. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable, lacking shape and fluff.

Cheaper than most. Tried to charge me $15 to park in their garage or park on street. Lucky to find a spot but only 9 or 10 spots available. Bar looked boring. Not near any restaurants
