Positives:
The room was clean, but it had an odor. Breakfast was fine.
Negatives:
The facility is poorly maintained. The elevator was out of order. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Bulbs were burned out in the room. The furniture was damaged.
Check-in wasn't allowed before a strictly enforced 3:00 p.m., which meant a line of 13 guests formed in the lobby. The clerk was unfriendly, brusque, and slow. They couldn't reach housekeeping, so they didn't know which rooms were even available. We were third in line, and check-in took about 30 minutes.

The hotel is close to the metro station, one block away from the market and restaurants.

The room wasn’t clean, specially the bathroom. During my four days stay the room wasn’t cleaned. For breakfast if you eat toast and drink yogurt, you will ok. The scrambled eggs and tea are nasty.

The room was small but good for two people at reasonable rates with a lot of accessible places.
The receptionists are too helpful and the team is amazing as I met with all the one with different schedules.

Liked location for what we needed. Was good for our handicapped dog.

Cleaning maids woke us up every morning even though we were booked for 3 nights. First they put up on second floor which I went back and changed. Booking requested a room for handicapped dog. They did move us. That room had a leak the next morning. Toilet above our room was leaking into our bathroom. Had to move again to another room. Having to move all our things, dog crate, and luggage was not easy. Was woke up by maid every morning at 8 am saying check out ? House keeping? Was not very relaxing. Check out was at 11 am. We wanted to sleep and get needed rest. Being woke up early every morning was very disappointing.
