Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Roaches in room, door was broken to room, door was broken to building, elevator was broken, freezer was broken, not enough towels or dishes, nothing was as advertised but we paid full price and paid for our pet. Literally had to pull a bug out of My child's bath and off the table where he ate.

The shower was hot.

*no curtain in bedroom, just a sheer cover piece, a missing rod with plastic holders in place, and open to parking lot on ground floor. They gave us a hand towel on the first request, then we got a sheet and had to put it up ourselves
* the lamp in the bedroom did not work,was reported in first minutes of check in, no fix (it had the charge portals on it)
* no toilet paper holder. We had to request this. The staffer had it in a drawer beside her. They knew about and had it in a drawer.
* the floors were dirty, covered with marks and filthy. We clorox wiped most of this.
* no kitchen items whatsoever, a paper ad saying check some out. Never seen this at this chain.
*cigarette smoke evident and pronounced everywhere
* we have a 4 pound dog and were told we would be dismissed if he broke any pet policies, yet our neighbor had a 50 pound plus huge dog next door
*neighbor opened and closed door about every hour all night long, loudly, and their dog was loud
Neighbor had doormat they changed to holiday style during stay indicating they are long term resident,smoked, large dog,did not pick up after him (we saw this)
* neighbors above opened and closed door loudly all night between 2 and 5 and moved as loudly as they could (stomping?)
*despite all their extreme misgivings and contract obligations (we spoke to a know nothing staffer at 6 am when we left after sleepless night) the $100 pet/deposit money is not returned. Husband calling again. A crated 4 pound dog obviously did no harm. He slept all day. Also, we left the room in better shae than we found it. Unacceptable. Please remove this hotel from your site.

The only good things were the location compared to where I was visiting, and the price.
Negatives:
I don't know if the employee was new, but watching him interact with myself and other customers, he had to call his manager for almost every single thing.
My room was disgusting. It had a foul odor, there were stains everywhere and visible dirt in various places... Not too mention dried spaghetti noodles on the wall in the kitchen
