NOTHING WENT WELL. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to Pembroke Town Center that has lots of restaurants and shops.
Negatives:
They did not have the double queen room that I booked for my reservation. I had 2 teenagers with me. They gave me a 1 bed queen room at the same price. No accommodations or discounts were given. It was so short notice that we had to take what they had.
There was a stench in the room.
The lady in the room next to us had her door open and I thought that was very weird and creepy.
People were standing around outside into the wee hours of the night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They explained everything perfectly and helped me to understand all the costs. I loved the layout of the room! The rooms are set up with a full-sized kitchen, and a complete workstation with a removable rolling desk (those are super helpful and convenient). It has the looks and feel of a studio apartment. I am looking for an extended stay a little more long term than one (1) night and I would have loved to stay here.

People were yelling and slamming doors at 5 am in the hallways, the hallways had a strange odor and as soon as I walked into my room, I saw two (2) roaches within 5 minutes. I have never stayed/lived anywhere with roaches so I didn't sleep comfortably at all.
