There was no towels or wash cloths.. they ended up giving me 3 towels but I was told there was no wash cloths.. they had a Christmas party for the staff going on until 10pm right outside our room it was loud.. the floor was dirty the roll out couch had no sheets and was stained bad.. the room smelled awful and the thermostat did not work. the breakfast was not that great.. I expected more for it being Hilton brand hotel.. I will never stay here again and I am done booking hotels all together..
