Negatives: It really wasn't an issue but the outside of the building didn't look welcoming.Yet the inside told a different story.

Positives: The maids were great!

Negatives: The floors are DISGUSTING!!!! My toddler was on the floor playing and his pj pants were black. They definitely havent been cleaned in quite some time. Also the dryer isnt working. I had our clothes in there for well over an hour and they were still wet. My husband had to go to a laundromat at 12 am to dry our clothes so they didnt smell.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Door handle to the bathroom was falling off and I think you could have done better than just offering muffins and coffee for breakfast. I've stayed at less expensive hotels and got a hot breakfast.
