The initial signing in the gentleman was rude. I had to ask him if there was a problem and he ignored me. The breakfast was basic and the sausage was hard. I asked the receptionist to have maintenance to take a look at the a.c. unit and she said "oh yeah their not going to do anything about that one. The a.c. unit sounded like i was driving down the highway at 40 mph with the windows down. The beds were also hard.

The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. The check out lady was very nice.
