Positives: Nothing since there was a roach in our room. Then the next room we were moved to was even worse than the first.

Negatives: Our stay was non refundable, they charge extra for pets once you’re there (that’s ok i expected it), but the roach climbing out of the smoke alarm (that doesn’t work bc it ate the wires) was too much. Plus the place is ran down, smokers at the pool where kids are, air fresheners in the halls to hide the roach smell (also not good for pets), The room they moved us to (to make up for the roaches) had brown water coming out the faucet, holes by artwork from both rooms (cameras), and so on and so forth. Just horrible!!!
