You have to pay for on site parking which is ridiculous in my opinion. It’s added on after you check in. Bathrooms are quite small. The door barely clears the toilet when you open and shut. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

I got charged 250 dollars extra for something I did not do and the staff were very rude about helping me and fixing the problem but instead insisted I pay 400 dollars for something I did not do or check out immediately. Very very poor services and they need new sensors that don’t false read smoke or vapor.

It was great to be able to bring our pet with us to this hotel. The brand of soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom was dove which made us feel comfortable. Apart from that, the breakfast was nice, the staff serving breakfast were kind, and so the lobby area was clean and welcoming.
Negatives:
We are very friendly and kind people, however, during our interaction, the front desk staff were not polite to our needs as guests at this hotel, in fact they made us feel like we weren't a priority and that we were a bother to them. It took us 30 minutes to check in - the woman checking us in was extremely slow and continued a side conversation for quite some time after I walked up (before helping me! I had to say hello and ask for assistance even though she and the other male staff member could clearly see me). It was poor customer service, we have stayed in many hotels across the world. It was quite disappointing that they weren't more accommodating or professional during our interaction, and it made us not want to stay here again.
Apart from this it was very frustrating that we were traveling with a pet and were put in a room next to lots of young children who were screaming and yelling during our stay. It made our normally calm pet very anxious and nervous since he couldn't see who was making all that noise and slamming the doors in the room beside us. It would be smart to not house guests with pets next to loud and rowdy children for the safety of the animal and the peace of mind of the pet parents.
