The original room we were given needed some repairs made to tv and phones. The staff worked on it right away and then decided to give us a different room. When we arrived at the hotel they charged us additional 3rd party fees for a paid room

Staff, the housekeep guy came and knock at the door at 09:00 asking for the room later he came back and knock at the door again at 10:30 asking for the room. We felt harassed by this guy, he was there at 10:55 waiting by the door, horrible experience.

Bugs in sink and bathtub, stains on bedspread, person in room next to us had tv on ALL night very loud and around 3:30 AM had a huge fight with friend’. Unable to sleep at all!
