The location was convenient for so much. It was only around a 17 minute drive to the boardwalk and other activities with a Wawa 3 minutes away. The AC worked great and the pool was conveniently located between both buildings. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well.
Negatives:
There was a dead bug on the vanity counter and a burn hole in the blanket on the bed (it was a nonsmoking room). The bed itself was also extremely uncomfortable (very stiff) and the blankets were pretty thin.

Friendly staff. Great location just a 10 minute drive from Virginia Beach. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area

First room we were placed in smelled like smoke but staff were friendly and responsive and moved us immediately to a different room

The only positive was the cheery welcome for the night lady checking in a midnight with a smile.
Negatives:
Everything else! The tub had no plug, the shower barely had enough pressure to drip water out, the AC was primitive, erratic and loud, the neighbors were also loud and unapologetic (I suppose that's not the hotel's fault), all that for a price barely under the other surrounding hotels with much better amenities. Very much a cheap hotel feel at high quality prices. At least that was the case on Memorial day weekend 2022. Spend the extra cash and avoid this place until they decide to match their quality to their prices.
