It was at town center and my room was clean. Front desk was very helpful.
Negatives:
The pool was not heated very well. My kids did not stay in very long. There was another guest who told us they contacted front desk and someone was supposed to fix it. We didn’t go back to check.

I didn’t like being on 14th floor.No one else were on floor but me.The doors didn’t seem to be very secure.The 14th floor felt like creepy and it wasn’t comfortable the bed was not I am use to whenever I stayed at this hotel.My thoughts about a guest their,because books through booking.com.I wasn’t impressed.

They hold $100 as security deposit (I was told a much lower price by the front desk person) and the parking can be confusing.

The room was clean, well-organized, large and spacious.
Negatives:
We were given a handicap accessible room and both beds were nearly on the floor. The windows were poorly insulated and the cold air was felt in the room and on the bed closest to the window.
