The reason I chose this hotel was indoor heated pool. It was still open, although the dehumidifier was broken in the pool room. The pool was not heated to a normal temp and was too cold to swim.
There were no extras like lotion for after shower or bar soap for washing hands.

Loved the location to several walking distance restaurants. The pet fee was an additional savings as compared to other hotels.

A tad difficult to get to off the exit. Many rights and lefts. I made a mistake the first try and had to repeat my directions.

Absolutely will not be going to any from booking again. False advertisement for the hotel. Bathroom smelled like urine. Not set up for requests that were already approved and I had to retrieve everything myself with my kids back and forth like hotel blankets that were not ready in the room already. Not enough towels. And the main reason for choosing this particular hotel was the indoor swimming pool which was definitely not in working order. The room nextdoor had an oversized loud dog that barked at every slight sound. And I have a 5 year old boy with ADHD so go figure. It was a disaster and arrived for an earlier check in just to enjoy the pool that wasn't working

This trip was for my 6 yr old grandson to enjoy the heated indoor pool. Very disappointing. The pool was cold as ice. The clerk at the front desk said she was the only person there and had no idea about the pool. My grandson was upset I couldn't get in and play with him. His lips were blue but insisted he was fine. The pool was our main reason for staying.
