Positives:
The breakfast selections and quality were very good. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good (when there was hot water).
Negatives:
Only one ice machine for the entire place (3rd floor - first floor broken),
Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order all weekend.
Only one desk attendant available at check-in on a Friday at 5pm so there was a line longer that what there should have been to check-in.
Only one elevator for the entire 4 floor location. Seems like the first two could have been addressed prior to a 'peak weekend' in the mountains.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, the room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-kept. Breakfast offered a nice variety and was a perfect way to start the day. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful and made the stay feel extra relaxing. Check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it made my trip so enjoyable, and I’d be happy to stay here again!
Negatives:
It was a wonderful stay overall, but if I could add anything, it would be a small table with chairs in the room. There wasn’t much sitting space, and that would have made the room even more comfortable.

We were there for my husband’s company party. Everything was perfect even a nice breakfast in the morning.

The location to the event we were attending was close and also close to family in the area.
Negatives:
The pillows need improvement. You lay your head down and basically your head sinks to the bed. It was close to not having a pillow.
Additionally, the beds were too hard. Not very comfortable.

Overall, it was convenient, clean inside and the staff was very nice.

Great hospitality. Free washers/dryers and laundry soap and fabric softener sheets was unexpected but above and beyond what we expected! Front receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The shower knob was loose and I reported it to the front desk after breakfast for repair. There was some loud noise outside in the parking lot and it was disturbing every half to one hour.

It was not that great. Juice, yogurt, and a fruit bar. Food did not taste great, just because it's included doesn't mean go cheap. Offer a better breakfast and charge a bit more.

The hotel is in need of a total refresh ,carpets , bathrooms ect. I asked for a specific servicing of my room and it didn't happen !!
