Positives:
The breakfast was great. Over all in the same price range hotel, this is the best breakfast that I have so far. All hotel may offer the same breakfast but theirs are so fresh, the meat party is juiced. And it is so clean! The stuff are so nice!

Staff was kind and pleasant. Clean in the breakfast room with solid breakfast, Location great for interstate, shopping and restaurants. They honored my request for rooms close together. My room was clean and cozy.
Negatives:
We didn't know about the renovations so I wouldn't have stayed there.The only available ice maker was on the desolate empty 3rd floor so that was inconvenient and creepy. Construction noise during the day. No fridge or microwave in my room. Elevator, ceilings, and hallway were dingy and rough looking with walls and panels being replaced.
