Nothing against Waynesboro but the location is just another strip hotel on a highway. Ugly, loud, bright, charmless. Still for what it is I was surprised with the high quality and great employees.

This property is always clean and updated. But, this stay was especially wonderful because of the hospitality of the breakfast staff. Chef Charles and Ms Pamela were so welcoming and friendly. They interacted with each guest and made us feel like family. we WILL be back.

The reason I am giving poor rating is because when I checked in we had driven a long time and I did not have my confirmation number on hand from booking.com. They gave me a room but it was a suite. The next day I provided the confirmation number, however I was charged for the suite and not given the agreed upon price by booking.com. We had to leave, there was a line, so we just signed and got out of there. HOWEVER BE CAREFUL WITH BOOKING.COM AND HAVE THAT BOOKING .COM CONFIRMATION WHEN YOU CHECK IN OR THIS LOCATION WILL END UP OVERCHARGING YOU.
