The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Amanda (nights) was helpful in passing on to Natalie (days) at the front desk our request to have a room close to our daughter and granddaughter. Natalie had it all set when my husband and I checked in. The breakfast staff also went out of their way to ask if we needed anything. The hotel was exceptionally clean and seemed recently updated. We were very happy with our room. The bed and bedding was especially comfy. Even though the parking lot was almost full, this hotel was extremely quiet at all times. I can't forget to say how much we enjoyed the pool. It was heated perfectly and very relaxing. We had a wonderful 5 day stay and will certainly stay here again.

Two things. It would have been nice to have the hot tub up and running. Also, we would have enjoyed having pancakes for one of the breakfasts. Neither of these are deal breakers for us.
