I tried to reach out to management, it was the worst experience we've ever had. Thankfully we only slept in our rooms. We requested a room to be moved due to roaches, un-clean linens, dog hair, filthy kitchen & no sheets or pillows for our children when requested. I have nothing nice to say. Breakfast was even horrifying....we won't be back.
Negatives:
The room cleanliness, the rude staff, dirty kitchen and bedroom, broken kitchen appliances, filthy amenities. We didn't shower there.

The property was amazing. The common area was quaint and clean, and the fire pit was a great touch because it was through the chilly. The rooms were big had a living room plus the bedroom. comfortable beds.

The facility needed to do a better job of insuring that all aspects of the room were functional. The toilet ran continuously (the management did fix it), the light fixture in the bathroom needed lights changed out and the glass cover cleaned out of the dead bugs and the when you turned on the bathtub water, the water was brackish, as if the water hadn’t been turned on in a while.

Everything feels really dated. The hotel needs to be renovated! And get rid of plastic spoons and forks for food! I have never seen that in any hotel in Europe on vacation.

Overall ok for a few...
Positives:
The breakfast has many options, the rooms was perfect, except for an smell like bleach or/with the sewer mixed in the room.
Negatives:
I just recommend if the waffles for the breakfast time can be already made, cause we have to wait so long to make one, mostly if there are many people waiting in line for their turn.
