They were kind and patient and worked with me even when Booking.com screwed up my reservation. Free breakfast was fantastic. Clean and quiet facilities. Will definitely stay here again.

We thought the breakfast was much better than the usual "free breakfast". The lady serving the breakfast area was lovely. Also, the front desk people both at check in and when we left were very friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly large with a nice amount of hanging and luggage storage area.
Negatives:
I thought the price was a bit steep for a Quality Inn given the amenities (none except for a small workout room), no restaurant, needed update in hallway carpeting and bathrooms, location next to a busy road, etc. Also the TV remote wasn't very functional. The square bed pillows were a bit of a mystery, and definitely not a good choice.

Good place for a quick overnight and morning departure while on a 2 day drive.
Positives:
The room was beautiful with the wood plank ceiling , and the hard floor instead of a rug. The room had a comfy arm chair as well as a desk chair, so both my hubby and I had a place to sit. Breakfast was included and had several options to eat. Hot water / tea and coffee available at all times.
Negatives:
I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, since I am older and entering /exiting would be safer. However, I would give credit that there was a safety grab bar.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. The woman in the dining room did a good job of keeping things clean and well stocked. The coffee was decent. The hotel, with the exception of the noisy room heater/air unit, was quiet.
Negatives:
Noisy heat/air unit, lumpy pillows, aging plumbing fixtures, not enough hangers or towel racks.
