Positives: No breakfast offered. Room was fine, we didn't expect much above the basics, and it was comfortably above that. It was a bit disorderly, but they are doing some major renovations so that was fine. No extraneous noise at night. Front desk staff was very pleasant and professional.

Negatives: Had some post-visit issues concerning an item left behind. It was eventually returned, but only after what I felt were unnecessary hassles, and an attempt to charge an additional fee. I had agreed to pay the cost of mailing it back and refused to pay more for what I saw as simple customer support. Given that, it's likely we will look elsewhere the next time we are in the area.
