Employees were cordial, location was great, and the room looked decent until I saw all the COCkAROACHES!!!! I did not s sleep more than two hours because I was constantly checking my bed for crawly visitors!!

The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. I smelled smoke when I entered my room and more smoke throughout the night's stay. I understand that it is almost impossible to control because guests can smoke near the building etc.

I found a cockroach on the counter dead, and when we got home I was unpacking and had a cockroach run out of my pants on the floor Luckily I was able to kill it and hopefully dont have anymore hiding around.

We found the facilities fresh, well maintained and quite clean. The bed was comfortable. In the morning we found the cleaning staff very pleasant as we carried our luggage past them on the upstairs walkway. We also really appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.
Negatives:
The room had all the fixing for coffee - except for a coffee maker. On calling the office, we were told they didn't have one in the office, so they didn't have one for us. There were no hangers, but we were able to walk down to the office to pick up the four plastic hangers they found. Both of the two chairs caused backache for my husband. I noticed some bugs crawling into our unit as we initially entered. We later found five other bugs, two already dead and we killed three. I had one crawling on the sink counter with my makeup in the morning. Additionally, we found a bug in a box of ours like one of the ones found dead in the bathroom discovering it at our next overnight location. The cleaning crew looks to be doing a great job, but the bugs find a way in through the gap under the door. The cleaning crew was very pleasant; the desk staff neutral.
