We stay here once a year and this year the breakfast was terrible. It’s usually full of options, this year there wasn’t barely any. We look forward to the breakfasts as a family, and definitely a disappointment this year

An event was going on and due to that could not sleep until midnight.

Breakfast was just ok. Hot food was warm to cool and no microwave to heat things up. I reported it to the desk but no action was taken.
Negatives:
Coolness of food. Animals were permitted to sit on cloth chairs in lobby. I witnessed a dog going out with owner for a walk and to do it's morning routine. It took a dump and pee. The owner did not wipe or clean the dog's butt. On returning to lobby the dog was put on cloth chairs, gross. My grandkids were playing on same chair the next morning.

The lounge area was very clean and inviting. Access to coffee at all hours of the day was a plus. The morning breakfast was of good quality and the food area was kept nice and clean.

A Lovely family vacation
Positives:
Breakfast was good, but we had to wait for creamer, and when the items went low, it took a while to refill. I was impressed considering its pet friendly that the rooms were really clean!
Negatives:
Considering it's pet friendly, there wasn't enough grassy areas for the dogs to do their doo, doo.. there were no doodoo bags in the a holder either. The concrete near the doors on the outside, were kinda nasty and garbage was overflowing in the can.

When i need help, i don't have to wait for it. The location has beautiful colors, and there are a lot of exit and entrance services that are perfect and respectful .
