Room was not ready at 5 pm had to move to another room. Lot of noise trying to sleep doors slamming. Furniture had tears. Had to watch where you step due to dog poop.

2nd time here within the last three months. Other guests can be sketchy.., too much going on - noise, screaming and feeling unsafe in my room at times.

NYE quick trip

Refrigerator didn't work. We were on the 5th The fan in the bathroom was off and had noise coming through it all night. We hardly got any sleep. This was our 3rd time staying there at that location. This was our worst experience. We couldn't put anything in the refrigerator, it wasn't working at all. We had to put our drinks in the freezer to stay cold.

Clean sheets & decently decorated, newish feeling hotel. Towels decent. Recommend only for cleanliness.
Negatives:
Water was only lukewarm (at best!) Alarm clock went off loudly - not set by us. Message light on phone flashed on/off whole time & would not switch off. The breakfast was really not up to home2 standards. No plates, no bagels, old, rusty fridge for milk/butter. Low supplies of all foods except cereal bar. Hot water dispenser deposited barely hot water with black bits settling on the bottom of the cup.
