The staff was very friendly. The price was great.
There was plenty of parking.
Its a very old facility and needs a great deal of TLC UPGRADES.

Although the bedding was clean, toilet & sink were clean, the overall room needs more thorough cleaning.
The iron and iron stand was filthy. The iron board was rusty. I had to buy an iron and I dropped a towel of the board.
We were given 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our stay. We were in the area for a rehearsal dinner, a wedding and wakeup to drive home. The room was to damp to dry the towels overnight.
Even though the front desk stated the housekeeping personnel would bring us fresh towels, when they passed our room I had to step out of my room to ask them for the towels. Thats when they stated they did not have any. They would be doing the laundry later and bring them to us. Never arrived. We had to dry off with sheets before leaving for the wedding.
I knew this was an older establishment, but I did not imagine towels would be a problem .
The tub was stained a grayish black.
I'll never stay here again.

We actually didn't stay at the Quality Inn even though we pre-paid for one night. The building is in terrible shape. The outdoor pool was some shade of green. The first floor rooms looked like they had local transients living there. Yuk! We went to a better hotel.

The restroom was dirty,tub/shower had visible mold and tub was dirty.Top sheet on bed had stains as well as comforter.Manger on duty upon check-in could not get payment approved even after showing him my bank had posted payment to establishment,was made to call bank after manger resubmitted payment 3 times without my authorization,but my bank straighten the problem out.Overall would not recommend due simply to room being dirty,bedding being dirty as if not changed between visits...

Location great,sad to say was the only good thing about the stay

The customer service was by far the best part. And there was adequate parking. They did provide a breakfast that had some variety, although no proteins. The room was cozy except for pillows which are fully stuffed squares. Thankfully, I always travel with my pillows, so I slept fine but without it I would've not gotten a good night sleep at all. The bed was comfortable, though, and the TV was easy to use-- huge pluses in my mind. Also, I really do appreciate having the in room coffee maker with coffee pods even though they do provide coffee in the morning for breakfast.
Negatives:
The air Conditioner/heating unit did not allow you to run the always on fan option. So you either had to listen to a lot of Road noise or keep your room very hot or cold by just running the fan itself or just running the hot or cold which would turn off when it reached the thermostat temperature. It didn't bother me but there was no noticeable elevator and I was on the second floor, so I think someone would have accessibility issues. I got a no smoking room but the people next-door to me were smoking up a storm. I'm guessing that was just them though and I doubt a hotel would put a smoking room right next to a non-smoking room.
