ROACHES!! Crawled all over us all night!! Stood outside for 10 minutes ringing the bell to check in and finally had to call to get someone to answer the door to check in. Room was cold all night and no blankets.

Bedding was nice/clean/comfortable, towels were available. Residents/guests talked outside on the porches in the evening but all became very quiet by 10:30 pm, which is very respectful,. Met some of the guests/tenants and all very kind, animal lovers. Had a microwave and fridge to store milk. Manager, Inder was very kind, friendly came to the office right away which is very different (better) than many hotels/motels.
Negatives:
I can't think of anything I would like more than the good night sleep that I got.

Needed a safe, clean place to sleep for the night and found it at Motel 6
Positives:

I pulled in and immediately was greated
by feral cats. This place was gross. It appears to be a homeless shelter and drug house by the looks of it. I was too scared to go in to ask for a refund. Booking.com has requested one and they refuse to answer. I will be contacting BBB

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good locations with lots near by.
Negatives:
The room was horrible - dirty, dusty, and gross. The bathroom was terrible - ceiling falling down, holes in the wall in the shower, mold on the ceiling....
The door did not have a deadbolt. Trim was falling off, wires were exposed.....
Very minimal supplies in the room - no kleenex, etc.

Cat in our room when I opened door after getting the key card. Furniture was busted or falling apart. Moldy dirty bathroom. Sheets on bed were filthy. Floor was dirty. Curtains were broken. Main door had 2 locks and the door wasn’t flushed with the frame.
