The room was clean and shower was phenomenal. Great water pressure and clean and roomy. The breakfast had great selections and included. Very much worth the price of the room. The bed was super comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed.

Check in was the worst. The young lady was very disinterested and apparently does not know how to deal the public. When I asked where the room was, she stated, "its in the back." There were no working smoke detectors; they were laying on the desk.

The view from my room was beautiful. It was also the cheapest in the area.

The TV only got about 1/4th of the available channels. And the cable box kept updating. This was very frustrating.

I reserved a room with 2 double beds ended up with a king. I made a reservation on Oct 1 2024. The counter person treated me like I was crazy. Had my conformation with me. I think if I didn't have that I would have been out of luck.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was it's location close to the interstate.

Too many things to list, but for starters, the toilet leaked on the floor, they put me in a smoking room when I booked non-smoking, room overall was in rough shape, stains on the sheets and towels, damaged bed quilts. Hotel staff gave awful service too.

Room was not clean. Lipstick heart on the mirror black curly hair on the pillowcase. Smudges on furniture. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee was provided. The pillows were standing up on the bed leaning against each other In the center of the bed.

The staff apparently can't speak, understand or even read in English. Kept my deposit of a lil hair dye on 1 towel. I dyed my hair 3 weeks prior. Had to go to dollar store to buy towels, cause we went 4 straight days without any services,w/ calling fdesk

A drain in the tub so I could soak after a long journey. Clean sheets. Heat and cool that worked. There was coffee, cream & sugar. Waffles with butter available

Absolutely. At check in the lady at the front desk said my room was not paid for. Yes it was, I paid online days before. Then a $50 deposit for just me, no dogs or companyNo fridge. No ice bucket no cups. Cockroach crawling on the wall the next morning.
