Negatives: There was nothing I really didn't like.

Negatives: The room was so filthy that we didn’t stay there and the guy that was working there said he returned the cost of the room back to Booking.com and that I would have to get a refund from you. So please refund my money. All I did was open the door. The floor was covered with loose dirt, so I didn’t even step in the room.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The location was good. This location did not offer breakfast.

Negatives: Right next to the express way. And, they may have flat screen but just a digital antenna. So, on a Saturday night during college football season I got to watch 1 game. I will never stay there again.

Negatives: NO hot water. No expected amenities (no clock, working TV, blow dryer, soap, carpet or rug, no coffee available anywhere on property, no side chair, no lamp above desk, towels felt like used sandpaper) No staff at front desk either time we checked. Hard to locate. Deep gouges on entry due to steep change in angle. Paper thin walls

Negatives: Well there's going to be a list on this. Let's start with there were so many leaves right at the doorway . Two doors down there was a whole bunch of stuff in front of the door like a big air tank, a double seat from a car ,a dolly all seating two doors down from us . There was something dirty on the one of the night stands The phone needed to be wiped dirty For being a handicap room.the toilet needed a support bar at the side on toilet there was on behind it but that does not help getting off the toilet. Sink was clogged. The the shower was a Joke! No hot water!! Just LUKE WARM. Then taking a shower water was get on the floor all the way to the door . It was pitch wrong .drain was clogged. If it was not for my Husband coming in and grabbed towels to keep water for going into the bedroom.fan exhaust was not working. Guarantee someone going to sue them from that messed up bathroom I have video of the water on floor a lot of water we had to take towels and sweep in back across to drain. Last the door looked from the in side looked bad as old wood painted

Negatives: I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. I get in early most times and it would be nice if there was something comfortable in the room other than the bed. To me, it's a bad look to have people living there, working on cars, junk sitting outside rooms, etc. I understand many of the budget motels have people staying for long periods, but junk vehicles covered by awnings is a real turn off. The water coming down the downspout outside room 304 was quite annoyingly loud.
