Great location, great waffles at breakfast.
Negatives:
We've stayed there many times over the years going to and from our home in Florida. The room we had this time was past do for a reno. We've not experienced that before. The bigger disappointment was that they added on $15 for us having an 8 pound non shedding dog which there was no mention of when we booked it on their site. The area that asked number of adults and number of kids should also ask about pets if you are going to charge for them. We would have still booked the room and not have minded nearly as much as having it added on as a surprise.

The flooring in our room was in very poor condition. Pieces sticking up of the flooring, tripping hazard. Floor needs to be replaced asap.
