Negatives: Bedrooms on the doors but big bedroom door doesn't shut or lock

Negatives: Roaches everywhere, especially when you turn out the lights ?

Negatives: I was in my room for not even 15 minutes and saw three roach nymphs. Underneath the sink was not clean either.

Negatives: The didn’t sweep the floors the towels had stains and hair it has roaches just crawling on the front desk in the room crawling around the bathroom the whole room had them

Negatives: Upon opening the door to our suite (?exhausted) we were greeted by two tiny roaches on the dinning table. However, accessibility was most of the issue. I requested a ground floor suite because both my husband and l are recovering from knee injuries and other health issues. So, when we discovered upon check in that our room assigned was on the 3rd floor AND ... it was at the exact opposite end of the elevator. We were not at all pleased. That minimized our outside activities to NECESSITY only. The pictures on the website didn't match the room we were assigned. There was NO walk-in shower or safety no slip bars. ?Instead there was a tub that was extra hard to navigate getting and out of. Website showed lovely hardwood floors and ? we got carpet; ?which kicked my allergies in high gear. We paid extra and did NOT get quality for the value of our dollars. We have paid less at gotten more at Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Courtyard and even Baymont properties. The furniture was dated but appeared clean with the exception of the 2 small bugs that were on the table.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Room carpeting needed to be vacuumed better. The bathroom counter still had soap scum on them. Shelf in shower still had old shampoo scum. Toilet had mold in bowl. Bathroom floor could have used a better mopping.

Negatives: I only stayed 2 nights out of the 4 I originally booked, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. Honestly, I wish I had only stayed one night, but I ended up staying a second because I believe it was already past checkout time by the time I mentioned wanting to leave. I had left my key in the room and didn’t return until later in the day, so I decided to wait until the next day to speak with the manager about how much we could get refunded. Checking in was okay — the front desk employee was nice — but I really wish she had given me better directions to my room. I was carrying my baby and a playpen, went into the wrong building, and ended up struggling to find the right room. I had to go back and ask for help, and only then did she mention it was in another building. Later, I saw her notice me struggling to carry multiple trips of things (with my baby in a carrier), but the next day I saw another guest using a cart to move their stuff. I wish she had told me those were available — it would’ve saved me a lot of stress. When I first entered the building, I noticed quite a bit of trash in the doorway and hallways. Inside the room, there were clear signs it hadn’t been properly cleaned — a sticky door handle, a dirty smudge on the door, an unclean microwave that was also missing its plate, unclean fridge and freezer, unclean floor because there was a stain could have been easily wiped, and a curtain with a very questionable-looking stain. There were M&Ms and even a clipped nail (which could have been dangerous with my crawling baby who puts everything in her mouth), a baby bottle toy, dirt and dust under the bed. The bathroom floor had a black smudge that spread when wiped. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping in the bed thinking if everything else is unclean the bedding might be too....it’s not like I was looking for dirt and uncleanliness— it was just noticeable right away. All of this is definitely not ideal for a crawling baby.

Negatives: The bugs and how unclean the room was

Negatives: It was filthy. Unit was not clean. No additional accommodations made. It smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. My kids coughed all night.

Negatives: It was dirty the staff was rude and and call The police on me when I didn’t check out at 11 I was in the lobby looking for the staff . AC was broken the phone was broken. The staff was rude and charged me a extra $50 dollars

Negatives: Upstairs noise

Negatives: A better breakfast selection in the morning.

Negatives: IT WAS DISGUSTING AND INFESTED WITH ROCHES AND NO AC AT ALL - ROOM 215 WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
