Negatives: This “hotel” was soiled with filth. Trash and dirt everywhere. The hallways are entirely neglected and as soon as you walk through the doors you are hit in the face with a barnyard/animal smell. The bed creaked every time I turned over. There was an annoyingly loud humming and beeping sound all through the night. When I showered the water turned cold within a couple of minutes. When I decided I had enough, I tried to leave and went to take the elevator down to get out of that place and it didn’t even work! It got worse and worse the longer every second I stayed. To top it off the employees were immensely unhelpful and have absolutely zero idea of what they are doing. When I came to the guy with my complaints and trying to explain the situation that they double charged me he literally just laughed and said he couldn’t help me, I was appalled.

Negatives: There was blood on the blanket, urine all over toilet, hair and dirt in tub, room smelled of urine, floors were disgusting. I had to clean everything and even brought hotel manger in to show him, blamed me.

The fact that after I left out the first day due to the hotel being dirty, they kept me in their books and refused to give me my refund for the rest of the week (knowing I wasn’t staying there anymore and why) Them dodging my efforts to get in contact with them throughout the entire week, and lying about offering me a new room. Further lying about me staying in this supposed new room. I left the first day and never went back, they purposely kept me in the books and lied just to keep my 379 dollars. This establishment is horrible 10/10 do not ever recommended. When I arrived to my room there were pubes around the sink on the mirror, in the shower as well as gunk on the shower walls. There were also stains on the bed and when I tried to get in contact with the manager he told me he would “check it out that coming Monday” when I called the hotel back and was finally able to get in contact with the manager through booking he told me to read his message on booking and wouldn’t just tell me what he replied to me with on the phone. I checked booking and he lied saying they offered me a new room and I declined, he also said he checked the room out and there was nothing wrong. Do not stay here, they don’t care about their customers only the money and will do everything in their power to not reimburse you. He started telling me to contact booking about my refund and booking was telling me to contact the hotel. Long story short I received no help, never got my money back, and basically paid for a filthy room I didn’t use or go back to for a week.

When I mentioned this to the front desk, they were super sweet and patient, provided me with a different room and even allowed me to see the room before making the exchange in case the problem was there too. Originally the problem wasn’t but as soon as the a/c unit came on, the problem wasn’t in this unit as well.
