Too run down and stained to judge if clean. Some sketchy marks on carpet and light fixtures. Luke warm shower water and bathroom really needs repairs/ repaint.

I liked the free coffee in the office and the front desk girls were super sweet and helpful!
Negatives:
I did not like the constant yelling, fighting, and door slamming coming from below and beside me the last three nights of my stay. I paid over $400 for my stay and was expecting to get some sleep at normal hours. This did not happen. I would give them another chance, but would not be putting up with the same behavior from other guests again.
