I recently stayed at Days Inn & Suites Airway and was disappointed with my experience. The hotel's location felt unsafe and was more remote than expected, making my stay uncomfortable.
Additionally, the room had significant noise issues due to poor soundproofing. Conversations and footsteps from guests walking outside our room were clearly audible, and the thin walls allowed us to hear everything from people moving upstairs to water being flushed. The bed frame was particularly problematic made of metal sheet material, it created a loud metallic ringing noise whenever it was bumped, and shifting in bed caused persistent creaking sounds. This issue was also present in the rooms above us, adding to the disturbance. Furthermore, the windows did not effectively block outside noise, and we could hear cars passing on the street throughout the night.
Overall, the quality of the hotel did not match the price, and the experience was disappointing. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address these issues for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you.

Positives:
We were there for a basketball tournament. It met our basic needs. Clean and affordable. No pool, not very good breakfast at all and everything is outdated (toilet paper holders, tub spouts, chairs etc) but we got a good night sleep anyway.
