Close to restaurants and Byrnes Performing Arts Center. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I lost my diamond in my ring and called later to ask if anyone had found it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

The property was good, but I wish the towels for the pool area could be a bit bigger.

Clean rooms, but toliets have very large cracks in them. They need repaired. Flooring missing from 2nd level when you exit elevators . Pool flooring needs cleaned has mold growing . Staff unhelpful at snack counter. Didn't allow you to charge to room or take a debit card.

On of the best experiences I had in the hotels.
Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Check-in was very fast and effortless. Room very clean, temperature in the room very comfortable. We went to the hot tub and pool. Water temperature was very comfortable. It was very nice to relax before busy day ahead. We like mountain view from the window. Breakfast was very delicious, and everyone was so friendly, I didnt even want to leave. Definitely will stay in the future
