Dark parking lot with creepy people hanging out. Junk trailer in the parking lot. Semi dirty room. And worst of all foul cooking odor coming from the adjoining room. Room did not match the star rating advertised.

WARNING WARNING WARNING ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 40 YEARS OF TRAVELING!! Nothing would prepare us for this NIGHTMARE 1st the staff Robbed us of over$800 right out the gate. We had prepaid for 7 nights thru a 3rd party agency. It was late evening around 10:45PM when booked the room and we were to be arriving sometime between11:30&12:30AM. *I was basically paying a full day of occupancy despite the very late check-in; which i was aware and 100%okay with. Since we had been traveling from oregon i wasnt 100% sure how long it would take us from location. Unfortunate to us our trucks electrical components started smelling of smoke and we had to pullover on side of freeway. Terential downpour, huge semi trucks flying past us. When this happened we immediatly dialed thequalityinn and after at least 7 or 8 attempts a seemingly nice gentleman answers &he assures me to not worry, be safe and we will see you when you get here. We ended up having to call our roadside assistance to help leaving us stuck and terrified on the side of the freeway until 630am.

So we arrive at our hotel 7am and my boyfriend who paid for the booking runs in to get the keys he comes back out to tell me that ourbooking has been canceled but we will be getting a refund from the 3rd party which he had no energy to question nor argue with after the terrible night we had so he just paid for another week, and with that we expected to be refunded, as informed by the front desk employee.
