Even though everything went horribly wrong, staff was nice and beds comfortable

Paid for 3 days. Got here and hottub was out of commission. Shower was broke, TV stand broke. Changed room, next day they called and said they overbooked and had packed our stuff up and was at front desk. Since we paid already they found a small room and charged us 100 over what they quoted me!
