Positives: Design was lovely and comfortable. Instantly was impressed with the quality of decor.

Negatives: Improvements seem to be mostly cosmetic. Mattress dipped to the edge, making sleep a bit uncomfortable, shower shell was noisy, and there were stains on the chair and carpet.
