Good location and one of two hotels on the island.

The rate I paid was too high for the lack of service that was provided. I read on the hotel website or the materials I received when I booked the room that housekeeping was provided every third day. When I asked about housekeeping was told it was provided on request. I requested it and they still never came to empty trash, replace towels etc. I requested trash bags from the front desk, emptied my own trash and left it outside my room as instructed and it was there for hours. I also noticed there was a crushed spider on the carpet that had never been vacuumed. The building itself is fine and parking is underground. Also, the breakfast options were limited, in low supply and not fresh.
